THIS IS THE REAL ANSWER I GUESSED.

There are two buildings standing on the corner of Elm and Main. Building 1 faces Elm. Building 2 faces Main.  

✔ Both

are made of brick. Building 1 is painted;  

✔ however

, Building 2 is not.  

✔ Even though

both buildings have windows, the windows in Building 1 are small and those in Building 2 are large. Building 2 has a balcony on the third floor.
