It should go something like this:

"Oh, luck, luck. Everybody says you are indecisive: and if you are so volatile, what will you do with him, who is famous for his faith? So then, be indecisive, luck; because then, I hope, maybe you will send him back to me soon."

Paraphrasing means rephrasing somebody else's words using your own.
