During these times of protests it is important to listen to those who are speaking out, because the reason it has gotten this way is because when people spoke out alone they were not listened to. It is essential to treat every single person as equal, and that can't happen until everyone is represented equally. Representation might not bring immediate change but if it is done correctly then children and future generations will learn about each other better than we did.
