Yes, it is quite understandable that you are not happy with a decorator, because they did a bad job. But, how did you know that the job was not good? What are those reasons and aspects that degrades the value of a good painter?

Now, if we think about it there is not only one factor, instead, there are many. Decorating and painting is a layered work, hence even minor mistake at any stage can lead to a really bad result.
