You can't help what you're born into, it's not something that you can choose and yet there are still issues today about whether a woman should get this job or a man should get it. It's important because it shows that they are jut as capable as anyone else, it might encourage others to try for a job that they normally wouldn't have. As soon as someone is brave enough to try something, It'll lead to others trying new things too and then we're all better off.
