Ok, so you need to look and see which note is higher than the other one. For example, on the first measure, the second note is below the first so you would write "L" for lower. On 3, "h" for higher and so on and so forth.
For letter names, on treble, remember: FACE in the space, and Every Good Boy Does Fine for the lines (take the first letters of each word) (E,F,G,A,B,D,E,F)
On bass: All Cows Eat Grass for the spaces, and Great Big Dragons Fly Around on the lines
(G,A,B,C,D,E,F,G,A)
This is how I draw a treble clef, I start with a curly line around the g line, then curve up and around, come back down and draw a little curl
To draw a bass clef, draw a dot, then a curve, then two dots.
