What is ethnic diversity?

The presence of individuals from many cultural and racial backgrounds in one location is referred to as ethnic diversity. While variety refers to how people differ based on age, sex, gender, culture, etc., ethnicity refers to a group's common cultural standards.

Since it helps eliminate unfavorable perceptions and individual biases regarding other groups, ethnic variety is crucial. Furthermore, acknowledging and respecting "ways of being" that are not necessarily similar to our own is made easier by cultural diversity. Ne4ueva [31]

Answer:

A psychologist who notes that students become stressed as well during this time may attempt to claim that the reason for the increase in student illness is that research has found that stress can suppress immune functioning.

Explanation:

This is a simple matter of reasoning. One well-known consequence of stress in the suppression of immune functioning. In other words, when we are stressed, our immune system does not work properly. When the immune system does not function well, we lose our defenses against diseases, getting sick more easily. Since many students tend to be stressed out about their final exams, it is only logical for their immune system to be suppressed. That is why they tend to develop illnesses in the days before the final exams.

natali 33 [55]

I believe that freedom of expression should definately have limitations. although the freedom to speak what's is on our mind produces new ideas and is a very big part of our society, however without limitations society would be at Chaos. you have every right to speak out your opinions without judgement and interference but you are not allowed to say whatever you want ( ex. workplace). the right to free speech only applies if the government is trying to restrict it.
