Depends on what war you are referring to.

Explanation:

The Geneva convention set up regulation and rules for how POWs should be treated regardless of what side they are from, breaking this rules would be considered a war crime. If you are talking about ww2, Jewish indaviduals that fought back against the Germans were killed instantly, the civilians were kept in concentration camps, and most were exterminated, as for Post WW2, Jewish POWs should be treated as any other POW
