marusya05 [52]

Answer:

 • Basically, the whole process involved the suppression of the basic rights of the black community inside the region, as the system inside the United States was much biased and they had different laws back then there were restrictions been imposed on the inter-racial marriages, as at time the people were restricted not to make marriages with the blacks due to the fact that they were considered of less caliber or we can say they were been over looked by most of the white people inside the region.
 • So, it also resulted in the black community been treated ill inside the US and it was supposed to be an act of felony for any black male to marry a white woman. However, same was not the case for the white man in order to marry a black woman, which was not supposed as a case of greater degree of been offended by the system.
 • And it was all logical if we analyze the whole process, that each black American male was not given the same status as any other white man rather they were treated differently in a more different way.
