Answer:

pre writing is kind of like writing everything that you want to write if that makes sense so that way when you make a copy you can just go back and look at your prewrite and summon all that up and any mistakes that you might have made in your prewrite you can correct in your new copy

so really we only do prewrite so that we can kind of get all the mistakes out
