In my personal view, we want other people to change while we don't wanna change.We want other people to do good deeds while we keep doing bad deeds.

Changing urselves doesn't mean to change ur physical structure. It means to bring changes in ur behaviour which is the most in today's generation. Trust me , if u are able to bring changes in ur behaviour, then u would be able to other people's behaviour too. At that time, u can judge someone.
