From the time Savannah held the title of state capital, a majority of Georgia was unhappy with the choice. So by 1847 some were unhappy with Milledgeville and called for an election to move the capital to Atlanta.
The Aztec judicial system was made up of multiple courts with differing levels of jurisdiction. These included the trial courts, appellate courts, and a supreme court. The trial courts were known as Teccalli courts, and heard civil and criminal cases involving commoners.

Some struggles could be how people choose to promote others.. their promotion could flop causing not a lot of viewers to find an interest in voting for them. another struggle could be a bad reputation. if they have a bad reputation, viewers will find the candidate as a untrustful president.
