In Integration approach to acculturation on the other hand,  Those newcomers will still make an effort to adopt the characteristics of the dominant culture, BUT they are not letting go of their culture of origin. This will be resulted in the combination of two different cultures into one unique culture.

Example of this would be when Korean immigrants come to United States and  introduced Korean Food to United States market.

But rather than using the original ingredients that used In Korea, they started to add additional ingeridients such as Cheese to their oriental fish to appeal more to American market.
