For question 4 it would be -3+5/2=2/2=1 for A and for B it would be 5-1/2=4/2=2 which would make the coordinates (1,2) so the answer would be A for the first one (the first answer choice)

C=-4-3/2=-7/2
D= 6+3/2=9/2

The diagram shows a right-angled triangle.
olga nikolaevna [1]

Answer:

h = 9.87 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that,

Base, b = 8 cm

Height = h

Angle, \theta=51^{\circ}

We need to find the value of h. We can use trigonometry to find h.

\tan\theta=\dfrac{\text{Perpendicular}}{\text{Base}}\\\\\tan(51)=\dfrac{h}{8}\\\\h=\tan(51)\times 8\\\\h=9.87\ cm

So, the height of the triangle is 9.87 cm.

(I really need help with this, serious answers only please!)
lesantik [10]
Part A: The answer is PR = 15.23 by Pythagorean Theorem.
The pythagorean theorem is a^2 + b^2 = c^2.
Plug in 14 for a and 6 for b to find c.

Part B: The answer is QR = 7.75.
Using the same theorem, plug 16 in for c, 14 in for a, and then you can find b.
