Here is my Hand-Written definition of diversity.

Diversity is a state of differences. You cannot have diversity with 2 similar groups in 1 place. To achieve diversity, you must place yourself in the shoes of other people and understand and accept others, this will attract more, different groups of people, achieving diversity.
