Coalition at local level have many benefits as compared to coalition ata National levels.

Coalition at local level can have the two parties available for face to face meetings easily as compared to at National level.

Also the target market would be smaller and effective results can be achieved  because both are operating in the same area and have expertise.

This Coalition can have more supervision as both the parties operate in the local area and can visit the sites more often and provide better guidance.

Why does edgar allan poe repeat the line "of the bells, bells, bells" in the poem "the bells"
Digiron [165]

Answer:

Written at the end of Poe's life, this incantatory poem examines bell sounds as symbols of four milestones of human experience—childhood, youth, maturity, and death. “The Bells” is composed of four stanzas of increasing length and is a showcase of onomatopoeia, alliteration, repetition, and assonance. He also uses these bells as a use of alliteration in the poem.
