Answer:

2.

Explanation:

1. is wrong because of the comma and period placement.

3. is wrong because both the comma and apostrophes are in the wrong spots.

For the commas in these sentences, one way to look at it is that commas can typically signify pauses in speech.

What is the definition of the word incredulous, based on its parts?
oksano4ka [1.4K]

The meaning of the word incredulous, based on its parts is: "full of disbelief".

The prefix in- is one of the many prefixes that mean "no". So it denies the meaning of the word following it. One example would be the word inefficient. By adding the prefix in- to the adjective efficient, we deny the adjective. If we call a person inefficient, we are saying the person is "not efficient", not able to finish tasks in a proper time and manner.

As for the other part of the word we're analyzing here, "credulous" comes from the Latin word "credere", which means "believe". A credulous person is a person who believes in things easily, without questioning or reasoning.

By putting in- and credulous together, we form "incredulous", or "not credulous". So an incredulous person is a person who does not believe easily - who is full of disbelief.

Hm, Maybe say you were supposed to go visit family?

Explanation:

I've been planning on going to (Place of choice) to visit family, but given the epidemic, my family has been scared to go visit. Since we could either have it or get it from someone over in (Place of choice). Not to mention that we were on lock down. Now instead we haven't thought of what to do instead. All I know is I won't get to see (Family member of choice) During the summer. The Corona virus hasn't only messed that up, but countless of other things too. Like how the masks we wear do nothing for our health because it doesn't keep anything from coming into our respiratory system, it keeps things from going out. we're essentially breathing in things that could harm us.
