<span>Wind is moving air and is caused by differences in air pressure within' the atmosphere. Weather is basically, the temperature, wether it's humid, wet, soggy, etc. Weather is mainly the deciding factor on how things will be in the area you are at. It could be raining, in let's say New York while it's hot and humid in Texas.

The sun hits bodies of water (ponds, oceans, pools, puddles) and it evaporates into a gas known as water vapor which goes up and forms a cloud. When the cloud gets heavy the water condensates back into little droplets and falls back to the ground. This is rain.
