Explanation:

-A neighbor who understands that your kids may kick the ball on their yard or you may even accidentally mow some of their yard.

- A neighbor who respects you and the neighborhood by not throwing trash outside on the grass/ground.

- A fun neighbor is a good neighbor, they are exciting, nice and full of energy.  

- A neighbor who can care for your kids when you aren't around is great.  Or even help you and your kids when you go through a loss within your family.

- Once your neighbor is nice people will come around a lot if you like but if they’re miserable you can kiss that goodbye.

-Its nice when you and your neighbor can talk to one another, its makes everything more comfortable.
