A hypocrite is a person who does something that they say someone else shouldn't do. I can't answer any more because not enough information.
I think it’s B, alliteration, due to the repetitive uses of ‘s’ and ‘f’ (faintly falling, soul swooned, etc.) I’m not positive but I hope this helps some :)
