I think he meant that to be successful is to try without which implies that every time you wake up you do not think or wish about being successful it just happens without any second thought.

A young and a healthy workforce is necessary to produce and manufacture in order to ensure that capital is flowing and the economy and trade are prospering. There are other factors that might influence it but these three are the main ones in ideal societies. </span>
