Every body is different. Some will advise you to hook with a diet, while others will say to do exercise. The truth is you'll have to do both. When we are talking about diet it doesn't mean to eat less, it means to cut down carbs/fatty food and eat healthy food. Diet helps 70% fat to cut down in our body, where as Exericse helps cut 30% of our body fat, and help us gain muscle mass which is good for our body. In conclusion, eat healthy and exercise regularly at least for 30 minutes.
