Once upon a time there lived a kingdom deep inside the enchanted forest no one knew about. In that kingdom anyone body could do whatever they want when ever they like. Because of this there were no police or government. You could steal form anyone and not get in trouble for it. This created many problems some believed there should be some kind of laws to keep order within the community but nobody had enough power to such thing. There would crimes committed day and but because there was no government they people doing them never got punished.
The word thoughtless provides a clue to the meaning of insensitive because the defenition of insensitive means showing no feeling or concern about anyones feelings
