In Spanish, the "like" verb works as shown in these examples (present):
A mi me gustan = I like them.
A ti te gustan = You (singular) like them.
A vosotros os gustan = You (plural) like them.
So:
Ti = you
The personal pronoun that would correctly fit the sentence is "te".
Therefore:
A ti te gustan las plantas = You (singular) like the plants.

This sentence is grammatically correct.
It might sound strange because the subject is not written, however, it is not necessary in Spanish. You can guess the subject by the inflection in the verb.
The verb "Tienen" reveals that it is a 3rd person/plural subject. So you can also say " ELLOS tienen que cuidar a sus abuelos"
