Answer:

The Battle of Nashville was fought in December 1864 and was an attempt by Union forces to break the Confederate Army of Tennessee under General John Bell Hood that had resisted in northern Alabama and in at least three battles: Hoover's Gap and Franklin and Nashville

Explanation:

The Battle started on December 16th with a surprise attack from Union troops from Missouri, who surrounded Hood’s army from the northeast. This forced his troops to withdraw northwest towards Waldron’s Point. In order to get his artillery out of reach of the advancing Northern forces he ordered a column to lead the artillery on a perilous night march outside of Nashville.

How did the treaty of versailles help destroy the german economy
MissTica

Answer:

Germany was required to accept responsibility for causing all the damage of the war .The Treaty of Versailles had significant negative economic impacts on Germany. Germany was required to pay the Allies $33 billion in reparations for the war damages caused by World War I. These payments made it very difficult for Germany to take actions that would help Germany's economy grow.

As a result of Germany's inability to pay these reparations, French and Belgian troops invaded the Ruhr Valley in order to seize raw materials and industrial centers which would serve as partial payment. They took control of mines and factories and requisitioned a large number of goods from this industrial region.
