Answer:

Bias.

Explanation:

Bias is generally referred to as an inclination towards someone or something or a predisposition in favor or against that person or thing that often leads to partiality or prejudice in behavior towards them. People tend to form a preconceived notion about things(one-way thinking) owing to their personal biases which could be either negative or positive that makes the decision unfair. The example provided here best demonstrates that a student must already have some personal opinions(prejudgment) of the best high school football team based on his likes or dislikes which may not necessarily be true. The other example of bias could be women are weaker than men as it displays a preconceived mindset that says that women are inferior to men.

Which is NOT true of anecdotal stories?
Softa [21]
Anecdotes are stories from the past, a part of someone's personal experience which is why they have to be factual if they are to be truthful. They can usually be checked, so i would say the correct answer is D. They are the main source of information in cryptozoology, since the main source is actually folklore, not anecdotes.

Describe the use of irony in “Charles,” whats irony in this story
Ad libitum [116K]
I think it would be don't gullible enough to believe everything your child tells you. Jackson loved hearing the stories her own son would tell about the class bad boy, Charles. In fact, she couldn't wait for Laurie to get home from school so she could hear them. All the while Laurie was misbehaving at home. In the end, she learned there was no Charles and that Laurie had been pulling the school pranks he blamed on Charles.

What about a girl that falls in love with a guy and everything is perfect but it turns out that everything she thought was happening was all just hallucinations or daydreams because she had been kidnapped by this psycho guy and that was the only way her brain could deal with it idk

Or how about a a girl and her son moves in with her boyfriend and she thinks he's great but then her son goes missing and at night she thinks she hears him yelling but everywhere she looks, he's not there, so she thinks she losing her mind. But it turns out that the guy she loves has been drugging her and he killed her son and she has no idea until tries to open this shed that actually has her son's body in it to look for something, and then her "perfect" boyfriend shows his true colors and is all creepy and she finds out everything idk how it would end tho.

Or maybe you could write about a woman whose abusive husband dies and she is kind of relieved but sad in a way. And then she ends up moving on and falls in love with this guy but then the ghost of her husband comes back saying she replaced him and idk

These might actually be horrible or idk I hope they're not. I was just brainstorming. Maybe these at least help you come up with an idea. Good luck.
