Explanation:

In the past ,my district was so underdeveloped that there was no sufficient water.the road was very bad.everyone in my district were illitrate.For the water we had to walk very far.But now my district is developing day by day.There are sufficient water.we can have taps pumps etc in our own houses. People are being literate nowadays. The roads are constructed and big buindings are made here.
