The capital of Nicaragua is Managua. It is in Central America. They celebrate a holiday called “La Purísma”, a week-long celebration about the conception of Jesus. The national drink is pinol, a mixture of corn flour and water. Nicaraguans rarely eat meat since it is expensive, so one of their most consumed products is the yucca root.
