What is the last thing you saw, heard, or read that inspired you?

Answer: Since this is a broad question, I will use the book Wonder.

When I read Wonder, it was about a boy who had a "messed up" face, and was builled by it. Throughout the book, he makes friends and do well in his classes, however is still being builled. He even meets a love interest. This inspired me because it shows that no matter how different you are, you can still find people who care about you, and you can still shine. Just because you're different doesn't make you a freak, be yourself.

Which best describes Achilles's motivation for joining the war?
Pavlova-9 [17]

Answer:

B.He wants to become famous for his battlefield accomplishments so that his name will be remembered forever

Explanation:

Achilles who was the greatest warrior of his time chose to join King Agamemnon and his allies in the battle of Troy, not because of revenge or because of his obedience to the King, but because of his quest for glory and fame.

When Achilles was nine years old, it was prophesied that he would die in battle as a hero against the Trojans, and even though his mother did her best to avert this prophecy, Achilles chose to go for glory, even though he knew it would cost him his life.
