History

Answer:

Explanation:

Reconstruction is "The period during which the Federal Government controlled the states that had seceded from the Union during the Civil War; the federal government struggled with how to return the eleven southern states to the Union, rebuild the South's ruined economy, and promote the rights of former slaves."

The fact that this is a new country largely paralleled the power that individuals and groups had. The nation is still figuring out new things and this has never happened before and so they had nothing to reference. Also, the government is a republic/democracy, and therefore what the people wanted was what they got.

-It only takes 2% of the population to rebel against a government to take it over.

Sorry if those answers are really shallow but that is all that I could think of this quickly.

Hope that helps:)

Answer:

True

Explanation:

The court noted that had Gault been 18 at the time of his arrest, he would have been afforded the procedural safeguards available to adults. In exploring the juvenile court system, the court said while there are legitimate reasons for treating juveniles and adults differently, juveniles facing incarceration are entitled to certain procedural safeguards under the due process clause of the 14th Amendment.

Please- Need a quick answer! The U.S. government is based upon John Locke's idea of a social contract, but the nation has change
s344n2d4d5 [400]
From the Framers point of view, the social contract theory was based on the idea that people come together to form a society wherein they provide power to a government in exchange for security, protection, and welfare. Today, social contract is not considered as the agreement that provides all the powers of the government since there are powers that are not a result of what the people offer or demand.
