Alright look, I am not 100% sure, but I am going to try to help you the best I can.  I personally think it's in government archives because it would have been stored away there and would most likely be preserved so people can learn about it and it's origins.

The director wants a chance to get to know the person. When a director is casting, they are keeping a lot of things in mind such as whether this is a person who takes direction or whether this person is and enjoyable person to work with. Hope this helps :)

Answer: air passing through your vocal cords causing them to slam together and causing little breaks in the air passing through them and out your mouth. the faster your vocal cords slam together the higher the sound and the slower the vocal cords slam together the lower the sound.
