You want to fill in the blanks where the questions are with the words provided in the word bank. I believe this is how it goes: it's what makes most sense to me.
1. marcadores
2. termina / clase
3. cuantos / hablan
4. necesitan
5. esta / horario
6. estudian
Both 4 and 6 were odd sentences. Nobody would ask that in real life unless they were curious. In the blank line following the question, you answer the question. For example, for the first one, you could answer: Los marcadores que estan en la pizarra son del color negro, rojo, y azul. (Make sure to add in the accent marks).
