This dissatisfaction isolated me from everything and everyone, I could not establish any kind of relationship with anyone, because I was so dissatisfied with me that I felt that I would be rejected by everyone.
My parents, concerned about my situation, proposed that I go to therapy so that I could better deal with these negative feelings around myself. It was not easy to change this view, but little by little I managed to improve and see that I don't need to fit into unreachable standards and that I could be who I am and focus on my qualities.
