Which statement displays the best description of the Cold War?
Kay [80]

The correct answer is democratic US and communist Soviet Union competed to support and defend their political ideologies globally between 1945-1991

The cold war did not have any direct conflicts even though it was indeed close at certain points in time such as the Cuban Missile crisis. It didn't last three years and actually lasted for almost 50 years. There was a lot of hate going around but conflicts were only seen by proxy in other states that had civil wars or similar things.

How did lincoln and douglas disagree about slavery? which of their views were facts and which were opinions?
andrew11 [14]

The way that Lincoln and Douglas view, disagreement and facts about slavery is that Lincoln views them that they don’t have the ability to accept or cope up with the moral standards which was opposite of Douglas thinks. He also views them that they are also avaricious which Douglas didn't thought of. While Douglas in the other hand, has the belief that the people’s choice and having the thought of people who are slaves can back down the movement of the system of labor.
