Deaf people can enjoy music just in a different way then hearing people. Im deaf I listen to music by the vibration. But i normally have my hearing aids in so I can also hear the music. I have deaf friends who enjoy music by feeling the vibration. So no matter what your hearing level is you still can enjoy music just in different ways. If they cant enjoy music because they r deaf or they j dont know how to enjoy music then help them by saying u can feel the vibration of the music
