Amy arrived at the empty lot just before sundown, when the ________Crepuscular____________ animals began to emerge from the forest to feed in the grassy field.

Crepuscular is derived from twilight (a latin word ) and is used to describe animals that are active just when the sun is rising or setting that is at dawn or dusk. Animals who are crepuscular are believed to have evolved like this majorly to prevent predators, or to prevent the scorching sun's heat on them. Some of them are The ungulates (mule ,deer) , jack rabbits, bison, rattlesnakes, beavers, humming birds etc.

20PTS ENGLISH QUESTION!! : Think about Kolbenschlag's essay, "Cinderalla, the Legend." What is Kolbenschlag's thesis? Write a se
Shkiper50 [21]
Well, firstly, I need to see the essay but in my opinion from what you are saying I think that the title is something to do with the story. So, "Cinderella, the Legend" so, it might be a Legend. It doesn't say The Great Cinderella or something which means the author has a normal feeling about it and doesn't think it's good neithier bad so, the author has a neutral feeling about Cinderella. I hope this helps! ^^
