It could be pills, but I think you’re missing some information here because the Doctor asks for the patient to treat the wound by resting for 2 weeks, cleaning it with water and not covering the area.
So is neither the Soap, Bandage or Vaccine, not that Pills are the best answer, but is the most suitable.
