Answer:

For over two and a half decades, Diana Thater has explored the precarious relationship between culture and nature in her new media practice. Frequently using animals and natural phenomena as subjects, her precisely choreographed video installations immerse the viewer in ambient environments and invite new ways of seeing the world while Catherine Opie (b. 1961, Sandusky, OH; lives in Los Angeles) is known for her powerfully dynamic photography that examines the ideals and norms surrounding the culturally constructed American dream and American identity.

Who is responsible for the death of Romeo and Juliet?
wariber [46]
Personally, I would say that it was their (Romeo and Juliet) own fault. They acted hastily and allowed their emotions to get the better of their judgment. It is understandable though seeing as they were both still teenagers at that time. But the fact that they both just met and immediately married -- all within a week! -- shows just how impulsive they are.

Why is the mystery of Beethoven's "Immortal Beloved" significant in music history?
ruslelena [56]

Answer:

It’s one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in musical history. Who was the woman who so besotted Ludwig van Beethoven that he was compelled to pen an infamously passionate and fervid love letter that has stood the test of time? The identity of Beethoven’s “Immortal Beloved” (more accurately translated as “Eternally Beloved”) has confounded historians for two centuries and even inspired a movie. But the truth may never be known for certain.
