atroni [7]

The country of Turkey considers itself part of both Europe and Asia and uses the Bosphorus Straight as the dividing line, which puts the city of Istanbul and a small part of the country in Europe and a majority of Turkey's landmass in Asia. Why do temperatures in deserts drop so much at night after being so high during the day?
umka21 [38]
Because of the shadow, it chills the place down, it's not facing the Sun, matter of fact its the farthest from the Sun, because the Earth is tilted and deserts tend to be on equator where the Earth gets the most sunlight.
