If a state has 13 members in the house of representatives, how many electoral votes will they have?
RoseWind [281]
Then, that state will also have 13 electoral votes. The number of electoral votes depend on the members of the house of representatives and senators. For instance, North Carolina has 13 members in the house of representatives AND 13 electoral votes. Another example is that Texas has 38 electoral votes since it has 2 senators + 36 house of representatives.
