There have been many cases about cyber bullying online.The internet can be a excited and fun place, but it can also be your worst nightmare. Once something sent, it can never be taken back.Many people of all ages have suffered from bullying but online, no one knows who you are and neither do you.If parents are there, the bullying probably won't stop but at least you have someone to do something about it.Most people don't want to say anything due to the fact that they think it will get worse.

It should be "I will be" because this sentence is past tense. Meaning the "I will be" would be in the future. And since those are the answers 'I will be' would be the the answer.
