Was vietnamization a good idea?
AleksAgata [21]
Hey! :)

Vietnamization was a policy that was a very good idea in theory, however, once applied, the policy failed to bring a definitive and peaceful end to the conflict. The policy was not able to be followed through on and with invasion of Cambodia, it was clear that the US would not be able to remove all forces from Vietnam in the time they had hoped to.

Hope this helps! :)

Describe the process by which a case is accepted and heard by the Supreme Court
konstantin123 [22]
If a person or an organization wants to get their case to the supreme court, first they have to go through all the lower courts and still be unsatisfied with the outcome. If they are, they can write a petition or a writ to the supreme court to look into the case. The supreme court decides then whether or not they're gonna look into it and a majority of things don't get checked out.

Finally, he set up the well known midnight ride of April 18, 1775, from Charlestown, Massachusetts to Lexington, Massachusetts to bring the message of the British approach. Since he had been a mail carrier, he knew which houses were Loyalists and which were Minutemen and he went door to door to alert the Lexington Minutemen. This was important because the Loyalists may have warned the British about the Minutemen, and so Paul Revere only warned the Minutemen. Paul Revere’s ride helped the colonists win this important battle.t
