Some people like racing, passing on the blind curves, going around the railroad barriers, swerving, passage of school bus with the stop signs down. The speed is generally high. The reckless driving is labelled misdemeanour rather than a traffic violation. Motorcycles account for nearly one-fifth of the motorcycle deaths. One in the seven riders wears the helmet and one in the five riders do not have motorcycle insurance. The estimated cost of the motorcycle casualties is nearly $1.48 million. In 2013 nearly 2494 people died in a vehicle crash in Florida of this number 18% per motorcyclist. According to the sources one in every third person believes that they should not wear a helmet, the same traffic rules apply to all the drivers of the other vehicle.
