As temperature increases, atoms begin to move faster and farther away from the point where they started. They begin to move more and in a larger area. Because of this, the volume of the gas in the balloon will increase as well. It will take up more space and will therefore increase in volume.

For instance, the concentration of various ions in your blood must be kept steady, along with pH and the concentration of glucose.

opinions: Homeostasis is the tendency to resist change in order to maintain a stable, relatively constant internal environment. Homeostasis typically involves negative feedback loops that counteract changes of various properties from their target values, known as set points.

IrinaVladis [17]

Answer:

B. No

Explanation:

First, let's watch what it looks like when a population is not evolving. If a population is in a state called Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, the frequencies of alleles, or gene versions, and genotypes, or sets of alleles, in that population will stay the same over generations (and will also satisfy the Hardy-Weinberg equation). Formally, evolution is a change in allele frequencies in a population over a very long period of time, so a population in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium is not evolving.
