Karen works at a resceptionest desk and she always has to have a smile on her face when people come in and she does this for hours a day. One day something terrible happened and she didnt know how to handle that her husband was in a car crash and in the hospital with a coma she tryed to keep a smile on her face but it was hard for her she went to the hospital everyday and do the same thing over and over. She went to work told her boss what happened and said she cant come into work today and in stead of her boss being sensitive she was very insensitive and fired her. Karen went home and found out they pulled the plug. a couple years later she became a nurse and now helps people who struggle with family issues like this.
