Weather is like a feather
Can be so soft, but also very tough
Weather is warm, weather is cold.

Weather can be so many things.
Sometimes it is lovely, sometimes it stings.
Summer is joyful and fun,
People laugh and play under the sun.
Then there’s Spring always welcome and free,
With all the flowers and plants, it’s really a dream.
There’s Autumn, so lovely and warm,
It’s Mother Nature in her most gentle form.
Winter is beautiful and cold,
It’s icy and fierce beauty is a sight to behold.

Of course there are cons to the seasons.
But for these there are of course reasons.
It’s up to the people on how about these seasons, they feel,
If they don’t like it or for them it is ideal.

So how do YOU see weather and it’s many forms?
From the summer breeze to the rainy storms.
Well really truth be told…..
Weather is truly more magnificent than gold.

Contribute to the development of the ideas in the text the Tipping Point
umka2103 [35]

The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell is a book about how small actions at the right time, in the right place, and with the right people can create a "tipping point" for anything from a product to an idea to a trend. Gladwell is not a sociologist, but he relies on sociological studies, and those from other disciplines within the social sciences to write articles and books that both the general public and social scientists find fascinating and worthwhile. According to Gladwell, the "tipping point" is "that magic moment when an idea, trend, or social behavior crosses a threshold, tips, and spreads like wildfire."

According to Gladwell, there are three variables that determine whether and when the tipping point for a product, idea, or phenomenon will be achieved: The Law of the Few, the Stickiness Factor, and the Power of Context.
