ok this is easy let's say for "yesterday" we put in "yesterday I was play by the yard with a couple old toys I had" OR "yesterday I was playing video games it was super fun etc" I can't do all this right now because I'm busy so just imagine or say what you did yesterday and say what you plan to do tomorrow and today for the today one it says "on the inside" just say I'm a nice person once you get to know me etc" do just do that
