Answer:Burnay are earthen jars with small openings while those with bigger mouths are called wangging. In the early years, the burnay, locally known as tapayan or banga, was used for storage of water, rice grains, basi (sugarcane wine) and condiments like salt and bagoong (fish paste). Burnay jars are also used in the fermentation of vinegar that comes from the sweet sap of the Arenga Pinnata, a sugar palm tree more commonly known as “kaong.” According to locals, Arengga vinegar tastes better if stored in burnay jars than in plastic or metal containers

What social and cultural influences impacted the music of the Classical
Misha Larkins [42]

Classical Music was largely influenced by a period of time in which society was more contemporary and ancient. The music itself would show the changes happening towards society, so in a way it's not how the music was shaped, but how the music shaped others.

Thanks to Classical Music, music was more accessable due to public concerts, church, courts, operas, concerts, and symphonies.

Musicians today, such as Led Zepellin and the Beatles, are still influenced by classical music. The Beatles' "Eleanor Rigby:, you can hear a string quartet playing, which could almost sort of be a callback to the time period, but definitely influenced by the era (saying this as a generalization to give an example).

What happened, sometime between 700 and 900, that led to the development of polyphony in western music?
Dmitrij [34]

The thing that happened sometime between 700 and 900, that led to the development of polyphony in western music was Gregorian chant began to have a second melodic line added by monks in monastery choirs.

What was Gregorian chant?

 • The Roman Catholic Church's monophonic, unaccompanied holy song in Latin (and rarely Greek) has its roots in Gregorian chant, which is the main Western plainchant tradition.
 • With later additions and redactions, Gregorian chant evolved mostly in western and central Europe during the ninth and tenth centuries.
 • Although the Gregorian chant is said to have been created by Pope Gregory I, academics think that it was a later Carolingian blend of Roman and Gallican chant.
 • Gregorian chants were initially divided into four modes, then eight, then twelve, and finally.
 • A characteristic ambitus, characteristic intervallic patterns in relation to the final of a referential mode, incipits and cadences, and the usage of reciting tones at a specific distance from the final are all examples of typical melodic elements.
