Don't think like an anatomy book.

Don't make muscles the focus.

DON'T draw every figure with the same shapes.

DON'T copy what you see.

DO pay attention to proportions and anatomy.

Use basic shapes that you see in your preferences image with not so harsh lines just a light outline , then slowly blend the body parts and use the matter of angles to get the right proportion for “lighting”
