Answer:

‘Cause‘ is an alternative form of ‘cuz’. ‘Cause’ is a short form of ‘because’. Slang of ‘cousin’ is ’cuz’ too by shortening and alteration.

As nouns the difference between cause and cuz is that cause is the source of, or reason for, an event or action; that which produces or effects a result while cuz is the informal way to write cause.

_________________________________________

Like any word, because and cause mean the same thing, for example, look at theses sentences:

The source of, or reason for, an event or action; that which produces or effects a result.

Her wedding will be cause for celebration.

They identified a burst pipe as the cause of the flooding.

Alternative (informal) forms or just Slang ways to say:

cause, 'cause, cos, 'cos, coz, 'coz, 'cuz

_______________________________________

‘cuz’ was made as an abbreviation of cousin; 1889 as an attempt to represent the lazy pronunciation of because. Cuz is short for cousin, again it's not actually your cousin it's generally just your friend.

_______________________________________

I hope this helps, feel free to put it in your own words!

ozzi
It is letter B. The story appears as a report composed by an ex-understudy of the story's hero, Professor Arthur Barnhouse. Eighteen months previously the written work of the report the teacher builds up the capacity to influence physical articles and occasions through the power of his brain; he comes to call this power 'dynamopsychism', while the press embraces the term 'the Barnhouse impact'. At the point when Barnhouse wrongly informs the US administration of his freshly discovered capacities, they attempt to transform him into a weapon.
